About product delivery time

-"In Stock" are expected to be shipped within 2-3 working days

-"Back Order Items" are expected to ship in 1-2 weeks *Estimated shipping dates vary by product. Please note.

-"Pre-order" the reservation date stated on the "Pre-order product" product page.

*Some items, such as pre-order items and back-order items, will be shipped after arrival, so may take longer than the scheduled shipping date. (If the product arrives earlier than expected, it will be delivered earlier than the scheduled delivery date when ordering)
*Even after your order is completed, we may not be able to prepare the products you ordered, and we may have to cancel your order.
*Delays may occur if application volume is high or due to shipping issues. Thank you for your understanding. (Depends on the project.)
*Delivery may be slightly delayed due to delivery conditions and traffic conditions during the delivery company's peak seasons, year-end and New Year holidays, and bad weather. Please note.

About changing shipping address

If your order is not ready to ship or dispatched, please contact Chacha‘s CS team wecare@chachauae.com

The Customer Center cannot accept changes during shipment preparation or after shipment, so please contact Delivery Company provided in the shipment completion email and note the following.

*[Cash on delivery] cannot be changed.
*Forwarding fees may apply.
*If the shipping address cannot be changed, the order will be considered canceled and returned to us. In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please place a new order.

International Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders to all other countries over $163 USD.

For merchandise orders totaling less than our free shipping conditions,there is a delivery charge of $25 USD for shipping.
$25 USD is charged for international orders that don’t comply with our free shipping criteria.

We hold FREE shipping promotion very often and you may be able to check the events via our official websites or SNS pages such as Instagram or Facebook.

UAE&GCC Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders to UAE over 200AED.

GCC over 350AED.

MENA all other countries over 163USD.

For merchandise orders totaling less than our free shipping conditions, there is a delivery charge of 30 AED for UAE internal

60AED is charged for GCC.

MENA is charged 80AED if the orders that don’t comply with our free shipping criteria.

About the Speed

If you place an order which is showing "in-stock" before 12 noon on the same day, we can ship it on the same day.
Please note that orders shipped after 12:00 on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
◆Only items scheduled to be shipped within 2-3 days will be shipped on the same day.
◆On Sundays and warehouse non-working days, items will be shipped on the next working day.
◆Please note that we may not be able to ship on the same day due to the following reasons.
・During the promotion period, etc., when orders are concentrated
・When the goods cannot be shipped from the warehouse or delivered to the destination due to traffic conditions, bad weather, etc.
・When the item you ordered has scratches or defects
*If the item cannot be shipped on the same day due to the above reasons, it will be shipped on the next working day.
